The Foundation is committed to breaking the cycle of hardships in families and communities brought on by the illness of addiction.
Board members are in the process of developing relationships with nearby school administrators in Newberry, Michigan to learn the best means of reaching youth with potential. The Foundation is not interested in awarding the best students with scholarships but is instead looking for students who when given a chance can surpass their perceived potential, improve his or her socioeconomic status and break the cycle of hardship.
